Some context-
OpenWork Concept Paper is something that will be shared with anyone on the internet that wants to understand the concept behind how the OpenWork blockchain will work. It will be the first thing people should come across describing for the first time ever, what OpenWork is and how it proposes to transform how humans work. OpenWork is reorganising how humans work on the internet using blockchain technology to enable transparent, decentralised and trust-less systems.
This is sort of like a scientific paper.

What’s needed through the design of the paper-
The intention behind it to get simple normal people to understand the paper and be intrigued by it and enjoy the process of going through it. Normal whitepapers are really technical and boring. I want this to feel exciting, like people are part of the innovation process.
